Corned Beef and Cabbage

Great corned beef dinner with cabbage and potatoes, or any other veggies you like. This corned beef is made in the oven from start to finish, no boiling the meat required.
Ingredients:
2 lbs center-cut corned beef brisket, I used one already seasoned in a bag
3 Tbsp whole grain mustard / 14 g
1/2 tsp ground allspice / 7 g
1/2 tsp ground cloves / 7 g
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Rinse the corned beef in cold water.
2. Preheat oven to 325F / 190C.
3. Mix mustard, allspice, cloves and 1 tsp pepper (4 g)
4. Spread mustard mixture evenly over corned beef.
5. Place into Dutch oven and bake until tender, about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Let stand covered until ready to serve.
6. Slice corned beef against grain and serve with onion, cabbage, potatoes and carrots, or your preferred veggies.
