Galletas de Calabaza en Español, Pumpkin Cookies #pumpkincookies
Estas galletas de calabaza tienen un buen sabor, una delicia para disfrutar este otoño.
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina de trigo
1/2 cucharilla de sal
1/2 cucharilla de bicarbonato
1/2 cucharilla de polvo para hornear
1 cuchara the almidon
2 cucharillas the canela
1 cucharilla de jinjebre en polvo
1/2 cucharilla de clavos en polvo
3/4 taza de azucar
1/2 taza de azucar morena
1/2 taza de mantequilla, temperatura ambiental
1 cucharilla de vainilla
1 huevo
1 taza de puree de calabaza
1 taza de azucar glas
Hornear en el horno precalentado a 350F for unos 12-15 minutos, o hasta que se hayan aumentado casi el doble y cojan un poquito de color.

1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup pumpking puree
1 cup confectioner's sugar
Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until almost doubled in size and slightly golden.

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper, grounded
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for about 5 min. Cool completely, put in a mason jar and keep in fridge. Use about 1/4 - 1/2 cup on stir-fried rice.

I used my Ninja pressure cooker setting on high for 40 minutes.
