Episode One | East Hanover, NJ | Walkthrough with Fuquan - Season Three

In this episode, Fuquan takes us along to the first project of Season 3 - a tear-down and rebuild project in East Hanover, NJ.

What makes tear-downs, specifically, so time-consuming is the process of disconnecting the utilities, doing environmental tests, and then waiting for the permits. It can often take up to 90 days to get through the process.
We get to see the existing bungalow, fitted with original oil heating, laminate flooring, and small layout.

Finally, Fuquan takes us on a tour of the neighborhood, where we get to see the possibilities for the rebuild, with some of the nearby homes coming in at over $1M.
