The Freedom To Vote (But Not For Who You Want)

Could a bill about democracy and voting rights be potentially un-democratic?

This week on 51/49, James breaks down The Freedom To Vote Act, a bill proposed by the Democratic Party (Joe Manchin, Chuck Schumer, Amy Klobucher, Raphael Warnock) to “expand Americans' access to the ballot box and reduce the influence of big money in politics, and for other purposes.”

But, what are the other purposes...?

Spoiler: Of course, the Democrats have snuck a provision into this bill limiting third parties' access to the ballot.
