Arrested Charged & Detained in Mental Ins.4 Reporting Pedofiles

41 years I have been trying to report Pedophiles and child abusers Clarence and Frances Stevens of 207 windmill road. I am now in solitary confinement at QE2 being held against my will . Under mental Health act they can keep u as long as they like.There are 14 victims they settled with some of the victims in return that the others would be left out. I am determined
