This machine seems to run just from the power of the flywheels and probably has a principle like a 2 stroke engine. It has some kind of switching effect, where the inventor has modified the flywheel with some electrical switching mechanism which pulses some coils.
it seems he can keep the wheels running all the time and gemerate adiitional light energy at the bulb... Probably he is charging up a few big caps which then use the flywheel energy to run on and on...
This is speculation in this moment, but the switching mechanism could be seen in a different video...so he probably switches some coils and then collects the BackEMF energy from it in his big caps to power the motor, that drives the flywheel...

Maybe he also has some hidden batteries inside the flywheels, so we don´t know yet...
