In the 90s, Steve Jackson games was raided by the Secret Service, based on a message on a BBS. The Secret Service seized games, computers, and other assets. However, the Secret Service did not do its homework. In today's case, we review the court decision smacking down the Secret Service for their shoddy investigation tactics.
