Social Justice at a Crossroads with Guest Kevin McGary

In the midst of the racial tension and trauma over the last few years, and the uprising of the secular Black Lives Matter movement, Kevin McGary knew there needed to be a righteous and biblical alternative to reflect that black lives do indeed matter. After much prayer, his organization, Every Black Life Matters, was born. On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. Tim Clinton and McGary affirm God’s creation of the family and the right of every black baby to be born. Ephesians 2:10 says “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Kevin McGary is an entrepreneur, author, and public speaker. He is also the founder and co-president of Every Black Life Matters. In the arena of civic engagement, Kevin serves as chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California, and is an executive with the Douglass Leadership Institute and the NorthStar Leadership Pac. As a professional, Kevin has worked for 35 years in information technology. He has been designated a “Top Performer” throughout his sales career in the arenas of Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Application Development Automation, and Enterprise Job Scheduling/Utilities. Kevin leads proactive individuals committed to developing innovative and new approaches to today's socio/political issues. With the assistance of elected officials and a myriad of community activists, he lectures and provides workshops about today's perplexing issues.
