AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT
The Shade comes equipped with a Miyota 8N24 skeletonized automatic movement. There is no battery inside the Shade, but instead a mechanical movement that winds itself off the movement of your wrist.

So long as the piece remains wound (either by hand winding or movement) it will keep running. The power reserve on the Shade V2 is 42 hours.

The back of the shade is fitted with a sapphire caseback. exhibition caseback showcases the movement in all it's beauty.
