Craig Sawyer filed counter suit against Randi Erickson

US veteran, Craig Sawyer, Vets4CR, has answered the lawsuit brought against him by Randi Erickson, who claims to be the publisher of Timothy Charles Holmseth, and a member of the PPTF, as well as working with a JSOC task force. She originally filed to request the RO that was court ordered against her by Craig Sawyer in a MN court be dismissed. After Mr. Sawyer responded to/answered her motion, he filed a counter lawsuit against Ms. Erickson and requested a jury trial. He is asking that her request to dismiss the RO be denied as well as requesting her to submit evidence for her claims made in her suit. It also appears that Sawyer is seeking, court costs, punitive damages and whatever else the court deems appropriate. As you may recall, Sawyer along with his fellow associates also brought a suit against Erickson/Holmseth’s one time friend, Daniel Lee. Lee lost that case and a judgement was filed against Lee for 4.6 million dollars in damages. Will Ms Erickson suffer the same consequences for publishing defamatory statements and claims against Sawyer? This case will be an interesting to follow. Stay tuned.
