South Africa's EFF Spews Racial Hatred Outside South Gauteng High Court Over Hate Speech Trial

EFF members blocked the exit from the South Gauteng High Court today and sang hate speech songs to intimidate the public as the second day of civil rights group AfriForum's case against the EFF, its leader Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi concluded.

This conduct goes well beyond simple race hustling. These calls are an incitement to violence and need to be addressed properly. South Africa's criminal justice system risks becoming irrelevant unless this hate speech is prosecuted properly and those who commit it are held accountable.
