This totalitarian regime, construction was halted at the southern border. I’ve journeyed down there three separate times and I’ve seen the gaping holes in the wall. I’ve seen the construction that we’ve discussed today, laying, wasting away, being stolen. I’ve seen access points of people coming across the border illegally. And Biden isn’t saving anyone any tax money by canceling construction of the border wall.”
