Tower of God (Explained) Why Phantaminum and Enryu are Ranked 1 and 2

An in-universe explanation of why Phantaminum is ranked higher than Enryu.

TL:DR
The main reason is due to Phantaminum's feat being unable to be understood and nobody understanding what he did while fighting. While Enryu showed what he did and how he did it. So in the end Phantaminum was ranked higher simply due to the fact that what he did can't be explained at all, while Enryu's feat can.
