“Hands up, don’t shoot” has apparently become “I’m black, don’t shoot, no matter what I did, even I assaulted someone and shot at the cops.” Meanwhile, a non-profit group raising money to bail out violent protesters has now paid to free both an accused murderer and a twice-convicted rapist. Because it’s very apparent at this point that this isn’t an issue of police brutality against innocent black men. It’s about scoring social justice points even it that means protecting criminals and holding them up as saints.
