20XX (PC) - "Fervor" + "Goliath" Achievements (Wrath, Undying, Furor, Swarm, No Damage Ups)

For my next 20XX Steam achievement guide, I'm going for another two-for-one deal. For this achievement I'm playing with the Wrath (enemies deal more damage), Undying (More Enemy Health), Furor (Faster Enemies), and Swarm (More Enemies) skulls on. I'm also adding the extra challenge of not collecting any damage upgrades with the Undying skull on!
