No audio on calls - unless on speaker!

This video is about a common problem a lot of people run in to. It's when your phone is fine in every way but for some reason the audio is NOT working on your calls, unless you have it on Speakerphone or you're using a headset like Airpods. Hopefully these steps will help you get this fixed in a matter of minutes, and odds are your phone is fine but something very peculiar is happening but can be fixed!
