Talamanca Special Cigar Review

This 5.1x54 stick features a dark brown firmly but lightly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap, rich barnyard aroma and oily satin feel. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick creamy medium-full bodied smoke showing a slightly bitter leather and earth with a pepper and spice on the finish. The first third performs flawlessly with a razor sharp slow burn, plumes of thick rich smoke, flavors of a creamy textured and tasting leather with a light earth and light pepper & spice on the long smooth finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with a solid ash drop and perfect construction. Flavors are largely the same, adding a sweetness and dropping the leather. Ending at 1 hour the last third showed no further changes.
