Gov. Evers discusses possibility of bail reform after Christmas parade tragedy

Gov. Tony Evers says he thinks it's likely that the state of Wisconsin needs to reform its bail system. Evers added nobody should jump to conclusions, but said there needs to be an investigation as to why Darrell Brooks was out on bail.
