Lt. Raley, RIGHTS & the LAW

So just when Lt. Raley thought it was safe to escape accountability and get some coffee One of the PEOPLE detained him without detaining him, like cops do when they say your not detained but you clearly are.

Lt Raley admitted that the PEOPLE have RIGHTS and those RIGHTS shall not be deprived

Lt. Raley admitted that he is a SERVANT of the PEOPLE

Lt. Raley admitted that he has to wear a uniform and he is limited in regards to what he can say and to whom.

Lt. Raley then stated for the record he was still one of the PEOPLE and that he had RIGHTS
