De grondrechten zijn in Nederland een ceremonieel vehicle geworden zonder juridisch gewicht. Artikel 120 verbiedt dat wetten getoetst worden aan de grondwet. Er is daarmee geen constitutioneel hof dat controle op wetgeving uitoefent. Police for Freedom wil daar verandering in brengen. Dennis Spaanstra in gesprek met Max von Kreyvelt over de plannen.
