Episode 31: Training Your Leadership Team

Three things that should compel a business owner to dedicate the proper time and energy to training their managers and supervisors:

First, the number one reason employees leave a job is because of their relationship with the manager or supervisor they report to – second place is not even close.

Second, the freedom you as the business owner have is limited to your willingness and ability to leave your managers in charge without you being present.

Third, in the eyes of the law, anything your supervisors and managers say or do carries the same weight as if you the business owner said or did something.
