Here is an unbiased summary of what happened during the presentation of the Maricopa County Election Audit. The first thing that was leaked was that the ballot counts were close to that the Maricopa County had released, that is true. Truth is truth and numbers is numbers, and they were close too. But what you haven’t seen and not heard yet is about the statutes were broken, how chain of custody was not followed, how there were a number of issues regarding the Dominion equipment themselves. This is the first time in the history of our country that an audit of this scale and magnitude has ever been conducted. However, it is incomplete because of the amount of obstruction from the county board of election supervisors in Maricopa obfuscating everything. The point of this presentation is to clarify whether or not law enforcement is required. In Dr. Shiva’s presentation, he focused on pattern recognition classification of Early voting Ballots. In this case, we have the early voting ballot system and the early voting ballot return envelope system. Lets look at the reality of what took place. On the general election voter turnout, if you look at the 2020 and the early ballots verified and counted is 1,915,487 and only 587 were bad signatures, and 1,455 of no signatures. So what does that mean? The majory of the Early voting ballots were the standard format and the UOCAVA image file, and the third type is the 2nd UOCAVA and the large print image files for people who have trouble seeing and then the brail format. Dr. Shiva is saying that there were 16,934 duplicate submitted of these early mail in signature verification ballots, the Total about of duplicates is 17,322. If you compare the results of Echomail and Maricopa, you can see that Maricopa county did not report Early Vote Ballot return envelopes and did not report duplicate analysis. Remember, Dr. Shiva and his team weren’t tasked to do signature verification, but even with using the most forgiving procedure for eliminating blank votes, they still removed over 5 times the amount of the Maricopa county board of supervisors had removed (587 compared to 2,500). And there is of course the anomalies, how does one explain how the majority of duplicate votes coming in after the November 3rd election. And on the EV33 system where all the early voting ballots are stored did not match the duplicates that Dr. Shiva’s team was presented. So here are the questions, did Maricopa county receive any duplicate early voting ballots? Why the surge in duplicates? Why is the Verified and approved stamp somehow showing up behind the early voting ballot printed triangle? In the future, we need to be able to do full signature verification, and we also need to review chain of custody. In Summary, if we ever want to prevent another disaster like the 2020 Election and since mail-in ballots are not going to go away anytime soon, we need 3 things to happen. 1st, we need a signature verification process that is verifiable. 2nd, Maricopa county needs to have a system in place to report duplicate ballots (and every other county in the US should have the something similar in place). 3rd, transparent standard operating procedures and none of this state senators getting sued by the election board of supervisors nonsense. Enough is enough!
