Ward 3 By Election - Newcastle City Council - Kath Elliott Art Gallery Broken Pledge - before even elected. She signed the Pledge to seek funding from the Council [all levels of government] for the project, then claimed on ABC Radio Newcastle, that she does not think that Council / Rate Payers should pay.
