After starting a few businesses, I've learned that there are some business models that are mathematically better than others. Here is my list of business ideas that I think are worth taking a look at in 2021.

I like software because it's a non tangible product and there is very little costs associated to the business. Labor is not much of a factor because the computer code fulfills the service.
Number 2: Personal Brand
Creating content and building a following can pay you residually and you can leverage it in a lot of different ways.
Number 3: Franchises
If you are looking for a model that is already done for you, then franchising might be a good option. A turn key system only needs duplication.
Number 4: Real Estate
Real estate is on the list because they for the most part are residual investments. They can pay you each month for as long as you own them.
Number 5: Subscription Ecommerce
If you are going to create a tangible product, go with a consumable that people will need to buy again each month. It makes it easier to predict revenue and grow the company.
Number 6: Retainer Service
Professional high end services are good options because you don't need that many customers before you are pulling in substantial revenue.
