Joseph W. Powell is a government hybrid and galactic star seed who was utilized in Project IBIS and Mannequin. He has also served as an officer in various Milab & SSP groups including Solar Warden, The German Mars Defense Force, Nacht Waffen, The Merchant Marine Fleet, Ashtar Galactic Command and also a few earth units. He has decided to come forward to share his experiences as a self-appointed mission to stop the abduction & abuse of children and to help assist waking up as many Super Soldiers as possible for the coming threat to humanity. That is, an intergalactic battle with various regressive ET and German factions which are seeking domination of our timeline.
