CA Recall Mail-In Ballots Can Be ‘Hacked’
If anyone who has access to mail-in ballots (ie someone at the post office or at the board of elections) takes a flashlight to the back of the ballot envelope they can easily determine whether that person’s ballot is for recalling Newsome or against it and then they could throw that ballot in the trash if they disagree with the way the voter voted. It shouldn’t be this easy to rig an election.
