Iran began transferring soldiers and weapons of the Afghan army to the Taliban
Recall that hundreds of soldiers of the Afghan Armed Forces and their commanders received political asylum in Iran from August 10 to 15, 2021.
Early this morning, the first group of Afghan army soldiers and their equipment, including HMMW trucks, were handed over to the Taliban. Iranian authorities claim the Taliban guaranteed they would not execute these soldiers
