A reporter asked Basement Biden if a Taliban takeover was inevitable?
Biden said, “No, it is not.”
Another reporter asked Biden about intelligence reports indicating that Afghanistan Government would collapse?
Biden: Not true. That assessment is not true. They did not reach that assessment.
Reporter: Do you see any parallels between this withdrawal and Vietnam?
Biden: “None Whatsoever”
Biden: “There is no circumstance where you will see people being lifted off the roof of a Embassy of United States from Afghanistan.
Biden: The likely hood that the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country is highly unlikely.
