Baggio Chung Hang Sixtus Leung: "Stop the Genocide Games" rally in DC

This is Mr. Baggio Chung Hang Sixtus Leung, aka Baggio. He is the former Legislator of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, where he was elected as one of the youngest Legislators to have ever to be elected in Hong Kong. However, was dismissed because of his stance against the Chinese Communist Party and promoting the independence of Hong Kong from CCP China.
