How Important it is to pay attention to our energy

Today I got to catch up with a good friend @philip__levi in Cali 🇺🇸

I was explaining the power of our feelings and how much influence parents can have on a little one, just by paying attention to their energy

It is really powerful when you pay attention to your inner body. Quite quickly you, you can pull yourself put of bad places and changing your energy to good vibes
