Journaling will improve mental health
Get those feelings put of our body and put them on a piece of paper
Treat our body like a genie, anything that is inside will manifest. Only have the things we want inside
Journaling allows us to pull out the negative energy, the fears, the worries and the ideas away from the body and out in the open
It allows us to become the observer of these thoughts rather than them taking over us
Journaling helps with mental health, clarity, motivation, direction and most importantly it allows us to get into flow
Being in flow gets us away from thoughts and allows our body to heal
It also allows us to check in with our intuition and tap into what we should be doing
