Listening is our greatest gift and yet many of us do not use it.

Today I received an amazing voicemail from a guy I am mentoring and the excitement in his voice whilst he explained his story was the highlight of my day

On a previous call we discussed holding the space and listening like a stone with ears.

Without getting caught in the drama, keep your silence even when their is gaps between the conversation.

If you hold long enough, the other person will start coming up with solutions for their own problems.

It is incredible and a complete game changer. Try this with your loved ones and keep focussed on them the entire conversation
