It is alleged that Holmseth has targeted this man for over a decade with false allegations, accusations without any factual evidence. The gentleman named in the threat of suit claims that Holmseth, who has at least 2 active warrants MN, FL, has been categorized as a vexatious litigant in the state of MN.
