Hot & humid weekend with thunderstorms likely this afternoon

It's going to be a hot and humid weekend across southeast Wisconsin. Temperatures will start in the low to mid 70s Saturday and climb to near 90° by the early afternoon. Skies will be partly sunny throughout the first half of the day ahead of thunderstorms late int he afternoon. A cold front will move through bringing thunderstorms, a few of which could bring wind gusts greater than 59 mph and hail 1" in diameter. Thunderstorms will enter our northwestern counties around 2-3 p.m., with counties near the state line not seeing thunderstorms until closer to 4-6 p.m. Once the front moves through temperatures will drop to near 80 degrees, and eventually fall into the upper 60s overnight.
