Melania Trump Fashion Icon - Last Easter Egg Roll
The first annual White House Easter Egg Roll was held on April 22, 1878 after President Rutherford B. Hayes agreed to open the White House grounds on Easter Monday to children who wanted to roll Easter eggs. Since that time, the annual Easter Egg Roll has been held on the South Lawn of the White House every year, except during World Wars I and II and when the White House was undergoing renovations. The White House Easter Egg Roll has also been canceled for the past two years due to the pandemic. The last Easter Egg Roll to be held at the White House was on April 22, 2019, back when Melania Trump was still the First Lady of the United States.
As is the case with other holidays, Easter is a time when Mrs. Trump's grace and warmth especially shine through. This is more evidence that First Lady Melania Trump is truly the top fashion icon of our time!
