Melania Trump Fashion Icon - Trench Coat Diplomacy
First Lady Melania Trump is known for her elegant, Jackie Kennedy-inspired high fashion trench coats. That is why it was noteworthy when, on March 7th 2019, for the state visit of Czech Republic Prime Minister Andrej Babis and his wife Monika Babisova, to Washington DC, the Czech Prime Minister's wife's fashion choices paid homage to Mrs. Trump's signature style. For the occasion, Mrs. Babisova wore a purplish-pink Fendi coat with pink fur mink cuffs. The coat is very similar to one Melania Trump wore just one month prior to greet the President of Colombia, as documented in my 'Pink Patriot' video. The Czech Prime Minister's wife's Melania Trump-inspired fashion choices were meant as a sign of respect toward the First Lady of the United States and may be seen as an example of 'Trench Coat Diplomacy.'
