Business owner tells applicant "she's not cute" then cries like a baby when caught

Chuck Degrendel, the owner of Ava Lane Boutique in Auburn Hills, Michigan is begging for forgiveness after getting a job application from a young woman looking to work in sales with the company he owns with his wife.

He thought he was emailing his wife the 'no-go' message about the young college graduate, but instead he emailed the young woman.

"This girl is fresh out of college (Hope college) and not that cute," creepy Chuck wrote. "She applied to the sales model position. Are you sure you want to interview her?"
