Lurcher Angus lost his eye sight and was left brain damaged after being abused by his previous owners.
But his new family Jon and Anne Ashmore said the rescue dog, who they think is around five-years-old, had the ‘time of his life’ during a holiday to the Outer Hebrides.
The married couple, both aged 57 from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, adopted Angus from Radar Dog Rescue in Rotherham and vowed to give him a happy and safe life.
