New COVID-19 cases increasing in California

Rumble — From San Diego to the Central Valley to the Central Coast, if you were outside on the 4th of July, you likely noticed an influx of people out and about. That was expected. With the state reopened and most mask mandates lifted, a rise in cases was also expected.
