'Goliath' pencil drawing time lapse

I’m still learning to draw with colored pencils after years of grayscale. I’m probably over-compensating by over-saturating the reference photos, but it’s a fun way to learn to create vibrant color. As for the content: I thought it was a great photo, and say whatever you will about this region of the world, I will always be compelled by a story of an underdog with a slingshot taking on six cubits and a span…

I drew this using Prismacolor's Col-Erase pencils on Strathmore 400 Series Colored Pencil paper, finished with Krylon’s Gallery Series Fine Art Finish fixative
