Rumble / Unusual TalentsThis impressive Indian street vendor in Hyderabad is a true Picasso of crepes. He mastered his fine technique of mixing up different ingredients and giving them color and texture to taste delicious. If you are wondering about his secret ingredient, it is definitely his attitude of doing his job in harmony with pleasure and delight.

So, this is how it's made. First, he separates the dough into fourteen equal crepes and patiently devotes enough attention to each and every one of them until he forms crepes with nice shape and fullness. Secondly, after having his canvas set, he starts adding colors to the picture.

He begins with the first layer of sauce which is made out of chili, garlic, ginger and tomato sauce to which he then adds Paneer (cottage cheese). He continues to paint his crepes with Masala Ghee which is spiced up butter, and then he showers with onions. The vendor continues by adding a mixture of potato, onion and curry and finishes up with a final touch of Cheddar cheese.

During this process he keeps a constant poker-face attitude and manages to create 14 delicious crepes in 5 minutes at complete ease. It sure looks delicious and is worth trying.
