Granola oats, strawberries, grapes
Belvita breakfast bars
Fruit smoothie
Lunch/ Dinner:
Salmon/ salad/ rice
Hard boiled egg/ salad
Shrimp/ rice/ mashed potatoes
Steak/ broccoli and cauliflower/ potatoes /burrito
Bean and cheese burrito
