Oven Baked Chicken Breast
425° 18-20 minutes
4 Chicken Breasts - sliced in half and pounded if needed
Olive Oil
Seasoning
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Parsley for Garnish
Mix all seasonings in small bowl and set aside.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or on foil rubbed w/oil
Drizzle oil over chicken and rub seasoning mix on both sides. Cover as
much surface as you can.
Bake 425° for 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set 3 - 5 minutes before serving.
