Asylum 13 Medulla Oblongata 550 Cigar Review - This 5x50 box pressed stick features a light softly packed medium brown dry wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large triple cap and faint cocoa aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with a thick chewy smoke showing mild-medium bodied notes of a sweet smooth cashew nut with a creamy smooth finish both in flavor and texture. The first third drops the cream taste and it's no so thick on the smoke but body is up to a solid medium with a longer finish. Flavors are a sweet cashew, light coffee and cocoa with a white pepper on the end. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with excellent burn dropping a solid ash chunk. Flavors drop most of the sweetness with the cocoa going deeper and most of the pepper fading away. Ending at 1:10 hour the last third showed no changes.
