John's biography of Jesus of Nazareth records a barbecue by the lakeshore. Jesus and Peter are sitting down and eating fish when Jesus asks Peter if he loves Jesus. The Greek word used here refers to a godly love. Peter responds with loving Jesus as a brother or close friend. The first time, Jesus instructs Peter to feed the lambs, and the second time, to feed the sheep.

90 and Out dedicated to the reading and understanding of the Christian Bible. Focus and priority is given to looking at the text and a plan reading of it. Discussion on meaning and application is encouraged.
