Staying on top of your financial life is important, one way that's done is through financial apps. I've used two apps in the past, personal capital and prism... I like Mint the best.

Here are the benefits I have found...

Number 1: Free
I'm always a fan of free. If you can get the same product for a lesser cost, it's a good deal.

Number 2: Updates Fast
The problems with the other apps I've used is that they don't update well. Mint I have found does a good job of keeping all my accounts up to date and in one place.

Number 3: Includes Everything
Other features like goals, credit, loans, cash, and investments are all in the app. Credit and bank accounts were the main focus of the other programs I've used.

Number 4: Can Add Property
Your net worth is a lot more than just cash. You can add property to track what your total net worth is.
