Many job postings / job descriptions tend to pour in a long list of "required" skills. This is a blessing and a curse to job seekers.
On one hand, you can see what is - and might eventually be - required/expected of you in the role.
On the other hand, this list of requirements might scare you away from submitting an application because you don't deem yourself enough of an expert in what they need.
