Softening-up Shasta with a Gentle Snaffle Bit Unlisted Video

I'm working with a rescue horse who hasn't been ridden in over a year.

To help her with being responsive, I'm using a snaffle bit that offers the release horses want when they do what we ask of them rather than a hard straight bit.

Knowing nothing about her, I first work with her in the round pen to see if there is any behavior that would prevent me from getting in the saddle.

We have some work to do, but I think this horse has a lot of potential!
