Hola Amigos! This is an advanced jump rope fitness routine for those who already know how to skip and swing the rope, and are looking for a routine like this one, which will challenge you with my jump rope exercises combinations.

This quick routine is brutal! I suggest you take it easy at first by slowly increasing the intensity. For ex: pick 2 to 3 of my exercise combo, and do them for 8-12 seconds if you can?
Then slow it down for 30 secs to 1 mint to basic rope skipping, then increase intensity again by doing the exercise combo.

You will sweat, you will get exhausted, but you will feel so good and accomplished!
