Just one cartel pill can kill

Derek Maltz, the former special agent in charge of the Justice Department's Special Operations Division, tells Sara that sinister Mexican drug cartels are working with the Chinese to lace less dangerous opioids with deadly drugs like fentanyl. Maltz says one pill isn't guaranteed to kill you, but for thousands of American families one pill is all it took.
